Sabrina Toscani specializes in both commercial law and real estate law.
She focuses principally on the law of obligations as applied to business relationships and commercial property. In response to the issues facing property managers, investors and industrialists, she manages litigation relating to property acquisition and management, as well as operational difficulties with commercial contracts and their breach.
As a result of her years of practice in France and in England in diverse and complementary fields as well as her command of civil procedure, she has extensive experience in litigation of a particularly complex nature, both on a legal and a technical level.
Sabrina is particularly interested in private international law, and having links to Anglo-Saxon as well as Latin cultures, has shaped her work to focus on cross-border litigation at Soffer Avocats.
Sabrina Toscani has a Master’s degree in private law from the University of Paris II-Panthéon Assas, as well as a Post-Graduate Diploma (DEA) in business law. She has been a member of the Paris bar since 2001. She speaks French and English.
