Lawyer at the Paris Bar, Frédéric Goldberg is also a registered foreign lawyer in England and Wales.
Frédéric graduated from University Paris 1 – Panthéon-Sorbonne and King’s College London (Joint master and LL.B. in French law and English law, Master 2 in Constitutionnal law). After being awared an LL.M. from Cornell Law School (New York), Frédéric qualified as an « avocat à la Cour » and joined the Paris Bar. Being trained both in civil law and common law countries, while focusing as well on international law, allows him to be particularly sensitive to the needs of the clients.
Associate in a Parisian leading law firm, Frédéric has mostly worked on complex litigation cases, in France and at an international level, in fields as broad as general civil and commercial litigation, white collar crimes, aviation law and intangible rights (such as sports and media law, e-reputation…).
Frédéric was elected President of the Association des Juristes Franco-Britanniques / Franco-British Lawyers Society (AJFB/FBLS) in 2019, after having served as its vice-president since 2010.
Frédéric has also participated in the exchange program between the Paris Bar and the Inns of Courts of England and Wales (PBIE – Pegasus Program).
Besides, Frédéric is the honorary president of the alumni of the Pasteur High school (Neuilly sur Seine) and a member of several working groups of the College des Bernardins. He has been elected Associate of King’s College (A.K.C.) in 2009.
